Tragedy Strikes South Korea as Jeju Air Jet Crashes

A Boeing 737 carrying 181 passengers crashed at South Korea's Muan International Airport on Sunday, leaving 179 dead. Two flight attendants miraculously survived, rescued from the tail section of the burning aircraft. The plane, en route from Bangkok, experienced a catastrophic engine failure shortly before attempting to land.

Eyewitness accounts and expert analysis suggest the plane encountered a flock of birds, causing severe damage to both engines. This sudden loss of power likely left the pilots with little time to react, forcing a desperate attempt at an emergency landing. The plane, without its landing gear, veered off the runway and slammed into a wall, erupting in flames.

This devastating incident has sent shockwaves across South Korea, prompting a thorough investigation into the cause of the crash.
