Your Role Will Involve:- Identifying Opportunities: Utilize cold calling, networking, and social media to find potential clients in North America.
- Building Relationships: Develop strong connections with decision-makers, HR professionals, and managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Tailoring Solutions: Collaborate with internal teams to create customized staffing solutions that meet client requirements.
- Delivering Presentations: Showcase our unique services through well-prepared sales pitches and proposals.
- Exceeding Targets: Meet and surpass individual and team sales goals while keeping a keen eye on industry trends and competitive landscapes.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of activities and client interactions while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
What We’re Looking For:- Strong Communication Skills: Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, writing) is essential.

- Experience: Previous online or telephonic sales experience is required; BPO experience is a plus.
- Availability: Must be able to work in the Eastern Standard Time zone (5 PM to 2 AM) and commute to DHA Phase VIII.

Compensation:- Fresh Candidates: Rs 40,000 - 60,000 basic salary + attractive commissions.
- Experienced Candidates: Rs 60,000 - 80,000 basic salary + attractive commissions.
